Bookings for these apartments start with a base nightly rate for two people sharing one queen bed.
You can add extra guests at a rate of $20/night/guest. Infants under 2 years in a cot are free.
If there are only two of you and you would like two separate beds, we make up two queens in two bedrooms. There is a one-off extra linen fee for this of $20. Please let us know this at the time of booking, or only one queen will be made up in the apartment.
There is a 2 night minimum stay except for Easter (3 night min incl Easter Sunday) & Xmas/New Year (4 night min, including Xmas Day or New Year's Day)

Maximum booking period is 14 days.
We will match pricing advertised on any outside site for same dates & same number of guests. However, no single night stays will be accepted through this website.
Payments:
We are currently not taking deposits. Just 100% of the fee by the first night of the stay.
We issue a Paypal confirmation/payment request to your nominated email address at the time of booking. All details needed for your stay are listed there, including PIN for the key safe, check in/out times and parking details. Payment is not due until the first day of your stay, however.
You do not need to be a Paypal member to pay via credit card on this invoice .. just follow through until they say 'not a Paypal member, pay by card'. Their 2.9% processing fee will be applied to any payments made through them.
For fee free payment, details for direct bank transfer are there also on the invoice.

Privacy policy:
We will not pass any of your personal contact information on to any 3rd party. We will only keep sufficient information to allow us to process the details of your stay. For all credit card transactions, we use the Paypal Transact payment gateway, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for card data capture, transmission or storage– the global mandate by the payment card schemes for merchants and payment processors. We do not receive or hold any of this information on our website or databases.
