92C The balcony apartment ... has a queen in the main bedroom and a queen plus single in the second bedroom.

 

Where 92A is the original refurbished 1950's main house apartment, 92C is a new build from mostly reclaimed materials, Many of the materials came from the former university library, including the huge wooden french doors, tas oak floorboards and terracotta roof tiles. The feel is similar, although a more modern floorplan has minimised the space given to hallway and enabled the living/dining/kitchen to open into a much bigger area.

The first bedroom has a queen bed. It also has a tv/dvd. The second bedroom has a queen and a single bed.

Parking is in either the parking bay outside the apartment, (but the access is steep) or just outside on our side of the street - just normal residential parking with no restrictions - the steps down are well lit at night.

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am.

Amenities such as complimentary Pay TV (Netflix) and WIFI, washing machine (and washing powder), dryer, large DVD collection, childrens' craft and toy cupboard and pantry of drygoods such as cereals, tea, coffee, flour, sugar, and rice are common to both apartments.  

The bottom garden facing the river is a communal area with access to the 8x10m rabbit enclosure which has rabbits you can feed by hand and cuddle, (when they are in the mood). They have mostly come from the RSPCA. Click on the youtube icon to view.

A courtyard with barbeque outside your front door is for your exclusive use.

No pets, no parties or smoking on the property.
